"Self Portrait"

"Self Portrait" by Rei Lo
Artist's Statement
Inspired by the work of Tatyana Fazlalizadeh, I felt compelled to illustrate this self portrait to address the numerous hate crimes toward the Asian community during COVID-19. This piece is meant to be explicit and exhibit the dehumanizing nature of racism.
